STEP has continued to develop the management support. New systems have been devised and implemented and guidance offered in a variety of situations. In this context in April 2007 we sent Tony Page, a senior Business Consultant to help SFFL focus their commercial development so that the social enterprise programme STEP have helped to develop with the SFFL could move forward successfully.

A new management structure within the SFFL has been introduced and several staff appointments made including a Commercial Director.

STEP has also helped in the micro-banking management system and helped to tighten up its monitoring.

STEP is extremely grateful to Tony for the work he did at that time and for his continuing input and support of the whole social enterprise programme.
